Refund Policy

2) To be eligible for a for a refund, your reason(s) for the said refund must be VALID & JUSTIFIED.

2.1: We do not issue refunds for "Product Not As Described" refund claims. Proving otherwise is as easy as sending our product or sales page to PayPal or to your credit card provider.

Note: Please report any "product-not-as-described" issues to our Technical Support Department with evidence that the purchased product is not as described on the sales page, shopping cart or website. Refund requests based on false expectations won't be honored.

2.2: We do not issue refunds for "Payment Not Authorized" claims, UNLESS you can provide:

a) A police report event number, or

b) A credit card cancellation letter issued by your credit card provider due to fraud

2.3: We do not issue refunds for non-delivery of your purchase due to:

a) Issues with your Web browser such as a browser crash while being redirected to the product download page.

b) Issues with your e-mail provider/email server that prevented you from receiving a product delivery e-mail from us.

2.4) We do not issue refunds due to your inability to gain access to cloud-based products or services: This may simply be the result of a temporary glitch or server error.

IMPORTANT: On very rare occasions, the PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notification) may malfunction and you won't get access to your order or receive a payment notification e-mail from us. 3) PROOF OF PURCHASE: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:

(1) Name of the product/service
(2) Your Paypal Payment receipt or Paypal Transaction ID, as proof of purchase

For payment made using your PayPal balance, check your PayPal activity log or payment history.

4) APPROVED REFUNDS: Once your refund request is approved, we'll immediately initiate a refund of the full amount of the price of the product/service at time of purchase. For payment made using your PayPal balance, your refund is almost immediate.

If you paid via debit or credit card it may take a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

NOTE: We realize that given the nature of the products we supply, errors, misunderstandings and exceptional circumstances, can all result in you requesting a refund.
